Initially engaged on a pro bono basis to lead the complete digital launch strategy. Following the overwhelming success of the launch, this evolved into an ongoing part-time role managing the restaurant's digital marketing and brand presence.
Responsibilities● Led a pro bono digital launch project for a friend's new restaurant, building its online presence from scratch and executing a strategy that drove significant pre-opening success and secured a fully booked out launch.● Website Development & SEO: Architected and launched a new, high-performance website, implementing an advanced SEO strategy that was the primary driver for attracting over 5,000 organic visitors before the restaurant even opened.● Lead Generation Engine: The website's technical optimization and user-focused design directly enabled the capture of 850+ qualified leads through a subscription funnel in just two weeks before official opening.● Business Conversion: Integrated a seamless online reservation system into the site, which successfully converted high visitor traffic into a fully booked out opening weekend.● Community & PR Support: Leveraged the website's brand messaging to support a social media campaign that grew an audience of over 3000 followers and provided a credible platform for 10 successful press releases.● Strategic Advising: Consulted on aligning brand communication across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling story for both customers and media.

My life changed when I had to move to Australia because of the war in Ukraine. Embraced this role as a professional sabbatical to rapidly develop English proficiency and gain firsthand insight into the Australian market, culture, and service standards. It taught me what great customer service looks like from the front line.
